“I have always used Guaranteed Comfort for our home’s heating and cooling needs and have never been disappointed. This winter our aging furnace quit on one of the coldest days of the year. Chris was out quickly and set up space heaters until he could install the new furnace the following day. We were so happy with the way things were handled and the new furnace works great. “Last year, I called Guaranteed Comfort Heating and Cooling in to diagnosis why there was no cold air coming out of our A/C unit? Knowing this was a very hot summer and with numerous calls coming into their office, Chris was able to come out and diagnosis the problem within 2 days. We had a leak in the system and basically the entire unit needed to be replaced. Chris took the time to explain the programs offered at the time and what my best options would be. Chris then stated that it could be up to two weeks for installation for both the A/C Unit and a new Furnace. I explained that I had family arriving with a new grandson within the week and asked what could be done to speed the process. To say the least, Chris and his team arrived within the week to install the complete unit. Many thanks go out to the installers and Chris for their expertise and customer service.”
